This is a stunnign "custom" flower girl dress. It was designed from the Little Pea Boutique that was featured in style me pretty. This boutique is no longer making dresses.
It is peackock inspired and has a very full tulle skirt that allows for someone taller or smaller to wear. It measures 36 inches from armpit to floor. My flower girl was 5 years old.
Fluffs up super easy!
